- Unlimited Support via tickets right in the dashboard
- Free hacker repair for fixing your website (Limited)
This plan is designed for larger businesses with custom features or ecommerce websites.
This plan covers the Pro plan features plus:
- Advanced WordPress training
- Setting up and custom configuration for complex pages
- Setting up an online store
- Using Inbound Marketing tools

Support Included?
Yes. Support is available 8am to 5pm M-F Pacific time. Emergency after hours support is available but may include extra costs. See our terms of service.
How do I set up the theme?
We have tutorials, forums, and direct support available. For Pro and Enterprise plans we set this up for you.
How am I charged?
Your account will be auto billed the day you sign up with a credit card provided. The following months will be billed on the same day.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can notify us by email or phone and we’ll stop billing for the next billing cycle.
What is Hacker Repair?
If your site is hacked we will attempt to pinpoint the problem and fix it for you. In some cases where the level of invasion has caused too much damage it may be unrepairable. If your site is consistently being hacked after our repair you may need to subscribe to another level of support through a third party security firm.
